Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page before sending any item back. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please do not send returns to any address listed on the package or shipping label unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
